These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 444g platform and all services offered at 444g.bet. Please read this document carefully before registering an account or placing any bet or wager on 444g.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register, access, or use 444g. Creating an account constitutes a declaration that you meet this requirement. Underage access is strictly prohibited.
Each player may hold only one 444g account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances forfeited. Players are responsible for maintaining the security of their own login credentials.
All bonuses and promotional credits issued by 444g are subject to wagering requirements as stated at the time of the offer. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering conditions are met in full.
444g is required to verify player identity before processing withdrawals. KYC documents may include a valid Pakistani CNIC and proof of payment method ownership. Verification delays do not constitute a breach of contract.
All 444g accounts operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits, withdrawals, balances, bonuses, and wagers are denominated in PKR. 444g does not charge currency conversion fees on PKR accounts.
444g reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions, including accounts involved in fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited activities.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 444g ("444g", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 444g platform available at 444g.bet, including all associated betting, casino gaming, promotional, and support services.
By registering an account on 444g, accessing the platform, depositing funds, placing a bet, or participating in any promotional offer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using 444g and close your account.
These Terms apply to all players accessing 444g from Pakistan. Pakistani players are responsible for ensuring that their use of 444g is consistent with applicable local laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. 444g operates under international gaming license standards and provides services to users who access the platform on this basis.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be a minimum of twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account with 444g. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. 444g reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where the age requirement cannot be verified.

2.3 One Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on 444g. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 444g reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any winnings derived from duplicate accounts, and permanently ban the associated player.
2.4 Registration Information. All information provided at the time of registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani CNIC number, mobile number, email address, and payment method details — must be accurate and truthful. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any account balance.
Important: 444g is not available to persons located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of 444g is lawful in your jurisdiction prior to registration.
3.1 Password Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 444g login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share, disclose, or permit access to your account by any third party under any circumstances.
3.2 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your 444g account, whether or not you have authorised it. Any bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, or bonuses claimed through your account are your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 444g immediately via our 24/7 live chat support.
3.3 Two-Factor Authentication. 444g strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. 2FA provides an additional layer of protection by requiring a one-time code sent to your registered Pakistani mobile number in addition to your password at login. 444g shall not be liable for losses arising from failure to activate available security features.
3.4 Account Details Updates. If your personal details change — including your mobile number, email address, or payment method — you must update your 444g account information promptly. Failure to maintain accurate account details may result in delays in identity verification or withdrawal processing.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 444g accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, and general inter-bank transfer. 444g reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time without prior notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on 444g is Rs 200 (Pakistani Rupees). Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. Maximum deposit limits may apply based on your account verification status and selected payment method.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by 444g within the timeframes associated with the selected payment method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically process in under twenty (20) minutes from approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests on 444g:
Currency Note: All deposits, balances, bonuses, winnings, and withdrawals on 444g are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion fees are applied by 444g to PKR transactions. Any fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside 444g's control and responsibility.
4.5 Declined Deposits. If a deposit is declined by your payment provider, 444g is not liable for any charges applied by the payment provider. You should contact your bank or mobile wallet provider directly in the event of a declined deposit.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, and special offers made available by 444g are subject to these Terms and any specific bonus terms communicated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of a conflict between specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are fully satisfied, bonus-derived funds cannot be withdrawn.
5.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses on 444g are available to eligible registered players only. 444g reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Players who have previously violated bonus terms, engaged in bonus abuse, or operate duplicate accounts are not eligible for promotional offers.
5.4 Bonus Abuse. 444g monitors bonus usage patterns across all accounts. Activities that constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk betting to clear wagering requirements, coordinated multi-account bonus claiming, and exploiting promotional errors — are prohibited. Accounts identified as engaging in bonus abuse may have bonuses voided, winnings confiscated, and accounts permanently suspended.
5.5 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses and promotional credits expire within the timeframe specified in the applicable offer. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically. 444g will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
6.1 Game Integrity. All casino games available on 444g use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology provided by third-party tested and audited software providers. The outcome of all games is determined by certified RNG processes and is not influenced by 444g or any other party.
6.2 Bet Acceptance. 444g reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed on suspended markets, bets placed after an event has concluded, or bets that appear to exploit a pricing error.
6.3 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void by 444g in circumstances including: obvious technical errors in odds or pricing; market suspension at the time of bet placement; event cancellation or postponement beyond applicable rules; or evidence of match-fixing or corrupt activity in relation to the event.
6.4 Cricket Betting Rules. Cricket betting on 444g — including all PSL, ICC, and international cricket markets — is governed by the specific cricket betting rules published in the 444g Help Centre. In-play markets are subject to suspension and re-pricing at any time. Live cricket odds reflect real-time match conditions and may be withdrawn at any moment during live play.
6.5 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting and gaming products on 444g. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary based on the game type, market, event, or your individual account settings.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 444g and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

9.2 Permitted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 444g platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any 444g platform content without express prior written permission from 444g.
9.3 Trademarks. The 444g name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 444g. No content on the 444g platform should be construed as granting any licence or right to use any 444g trademark without the prior written permission of 444g.
10.1 No Warranty. The 444g platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 444g makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform or any of its services.
10.2 Service Interruptions. 444g shall not be liable for any losses arising from service interruptions, technical failures, server downtime, network outages, or any other circumstances beyond its reasonable control — including but not limited to interruptions during live cricket betting markets, live casino sessions, or promotional periods.
10.3 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 444g's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the relevant claim.
10.4 Consequential Losses. In no event shall 444g be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising from breach of contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
444g collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account with 444g, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the 444g Privacy Policy.
444g collects personal data including your name, CNIC number, mobile number, email address, payment method details, and betting history for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and customer support.
444g will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with identity verification providers, payment processing partners, and regulatory bodies where required by law or by the terms of 444g's international gaming license obligations.

444g reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via email notification or a prominent notice on the 444g platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the amendment notice.
Your continued use of 444g following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must stop using 444g and request closure of your account before the revised Terms take effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international gaming license framework under which 444g operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through 444g's internal complaints process shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified under the applicable gaming license.
